Adirondack Sunshine

I've spent the past three weeks in upstate New York on Lake George with various parts of my extended family, and oh my, it was wonderful. Lots of sun, swimming, wakeboarding, family jam sessions, crazy but lovable dogs, monopoly, more music, and more warm summer weather!

So since I've been gone for so long on my summer adventures, here is (in my opinion) the perfect summer outfit: a lightweight summer dress, a breezy scarf, comfortable sandals, and my great-grandfather's vintage German-made fedora.

Mothers are good for more than just mothering

I found this shirt by the door the other day, and I asked my mom if I could have it. Her only response was "it's huge" so I assumed it was a yes.

Emily and I have been away for awhile (me to the Adirondack mountains and her to ski/soccer camp) and so we haven't been able to post. BUT!!! Coming soon we'll be posting some photos from a beach day with Addie before we left on our summer escapades :)
